Sean McElwrath is the Founder and Managing Principal at Bedrock Supply, overseeing all vendor and customer relationships, sales, and company operations.

After graduating from the University of Texas in 2007, Sean cut his teeth in the oil & gas business working for E&P operators based in Houston and Austin, Texas. Switching gears in 2019, Sean jumped at the opportunity to launch the Central Texas branch of a construction materials supplier with a decade worth of experience servicing concrete subs and self-performing general contractors. Over his five years with the company, Sean grew the customer base to include concrete subs, GCs, and developers across the residential, commercial, and public infrastructure space, providing material solutions for projects in all the major Texas markets. In late 2023, Sean got the itch to start something of his own headquartered in Central Texas, taking the lessons he’d learned  with the company to start Bedrock Supply.

Outside of the office, Sean spends most of his time chasing his 3 children Tommy, Jack, and Amy around Austin with his wife, Sarah. They are avid supporters of UT Athletics and members of Covenant Presbyterian Church.
